Every day, our Medical Assistants are the hands that hold it all together. They welcome our patients with a smile, guide them gently through each appointment and offer comfort in the moments that matter most.

Their care shows up in a hundred little ways: a reassuring word, a familiar face, a question answered with patience. Our patients feel it, and so do we.

When someone experiences pregnancy or infant loss, it's natural to want to find the right words. To say something that will make the pain a little easier to bear.

Sometimes, there aren't any.

What can matter most is simply showing up. Remembering. Listening without trying to fix anything. Being willing to hear about a baby or pregnancy that someone else may find difficult to talk about.

Tonight at 7 p.m., Fertility Specialists of Texas joins the International Wave of Light. 🕯️

We light candles for those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss and for the people who have walked beside them through it.

To those who are grieving, we're holding space for you.

And to those who have made space for another person's grief, even when you didn't know what to say, thank you. đź©·

Rest is part of the process. đź’—

When fertility treatment already feels like a full-time job, it can be hard to give yourself permission to pause.

But you don’t have to research one more thing today. You don’t have to think five steps ahead. You don’t have to spend every available moment focused on fertility.

Take the pause.

Put down your phone. Step away from the fertility conversation. Do something you enjoy - or do absolutely nothing.

Resting doesn’t mean you’re giving up. Sometimes taking care of yourself means giving yourself permission to simply be.

And remember, FST is here for you. Every step of the way.

The days after your retrieval are some of the hardest to sit with. Your embryos are in the lab, and there's no way to know what's happening in there.

CHLOE by Fairtility is helping us change part of that.

CHLOE is a camera and AI system built into our incubator that photographs your embryos every few minutes, from fertilization through day 6. Here's why that matters.

Your embryos are never disturbed. Traditionally, embryos have to be taken out of the incubator to be checked, which means brief changes in temperature and light. With CHLOE, yours stay exactly where they belong for all six days.

Your transfer is chosen with more information behind it. Instead of a few check ins, our embryologists see the complete developmental history of every embryo, including what happens overnight.

When it's time to select an embryo for your transfer, that decision is made with the fullest picture possible.
