I started Magically Mundane because I forgot how to slow down.
Somewhere along the way, life became about surviving the day —
instead of living it.
I used to think magic meant escape…
that I had to go somewhere else or become someone new to feel it again.
But it’s not out there.
It’s right here.
In the tiny, quiet things we usually rush past —
the way the shadows dance on the wall,
a crow calling from a distance,
the softness of air right before it rains.
Magically Mundane is my way of remembering.
That the world still has texture.
That I still have wonder.
