A good p**p is something to celebrate! This is Dr. Athena with Tele PT. You don’t want diarrhea you don’t want p**p with that. You have to strain to push out. Technically it is type 4 and 5 on the Bristol stool chart that you want! It is the “Goldilocks” of types- soft but solid. Not bumpy and hard! Our family has been working hard to change the way we are eating- decreasing our sugar, increasing our fiber all for improved mental health and overall wellness! We have gotten more than we bargained for! Improved relationships, amazing s*x, and mental clarity among them.

This is Dr. Athena with Tele PT Physical Therapy. We have a contest in our household around dinner time! How many different plants species can we have at one meal? Without getting too crazy. To improve our micro biome it is recommended that we have 30 different plant species every week. We all should be eating about 30 g of dietary fiber every day and every day we should try to include three sources of a probiotic. In this meal, it’s the sauerkraut other examples of a probiotic include a yogurt, Kiefer kimchi, etc.. make your free initial appointment with me online- link in the bio!

Cyclosporiasis is an infection of cyclospora. It presents itself with diarrhea, abdominal cramping loss of appetite. It can go away for a few days and then come back. People who are immunocompromised are particularly susceptible. These are people who might be on drugs like a steroid or drugs after an organ transplant. The parasite is itself is a protozoan or single celled organism that invades our small intestine, but if we have a strong microbiome, several layers thick on our lining it provides a good defense. The CDC says that this parasite has a moderate virality if you’re interested in strengthening your micro biome please book your free initial consultation at the link provided in my bio.

Cyclosporiasis is an infection of Cyclospora cayetanensis. It symptoms are diarrhea, abdominal cramping loss of appetite. It is an invasion of a single cell animal called a protozoa and is definitely a parasite. It has moderate virality, which means that if you are immuno compromised as in those patients who are taking a steroid on a regular basis, then you are more susceptible to infection on the other hand if you have a diet that is strong in dietary fiber, and have a strong, micro biome. It is less likely that this parasite will reach your small intestine lining. Follow me TelePT Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy!

This ecosystem works because everything is coordinated. If one area gets blocked, everything downstream is affected. Your pelvic floor works the same way. Constipation, dehydration, poor eating habits, decreased circulation (inactivity), all affects the health of our digestive, urinary and s*xual systems!
