If you’ve stopped by on a Tuesday or Wednesday this summer, you may have crossed paths with our summer intern, Ashlyn . As summer wraps up and she heads into her senior year of high school, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you!

Whether she was breaking down and setting up between sessions, keeping our toys sanitized and organized, or spending time with our kiddos, Ashlyn brought so much dedication and heart to everything she did this summer.

Back-to-school tip from Little Snackers! 🍎

Before that first school lunch, give your child a little practice at home. Pack up their lunchbox and let them practice opening containers, unwrapping snacks, zipping their lunchbox and getting their water bottle in and out.

It's a simple way to build independence AND get them excited for school.

A little practice now can make lunchtime feel a whole lot easier later!

We’re excited to launch a brand-new group at Little Snackers Therapies!

Lunch Bunch is a therapist-led group for children ages 2–5 that makes trying new foods feel fun, safe, and pressure-free. Through playful food exploration and gentle encouragement, children can build confidence with new tastes and textures at their own pace.

If mealtimes have become stressful or your child is hesitant to try new foods, this group was created with them in mind.

🗓️ Thursdays | September 17 – November 5
🕚 11:00–11:45 AM
💛 Ages 2–5

This is our inaugural Lunch Bunch session, and space is limited!
