I'm Jennifer ~ 5 foot 11, wife, mommy of 2 and full-time career woman. Pilates found it's way into my busy life and into my heart years ago. It fired a passion in me that I knew I wanted to eventually share with others. As a tall woman, Pilates unfolded many things for me. It helped my posture, strengthened my core, eased my back and neck pain and helped me throughout my second pregnancy and post

baby. Pilates has given me a confidence in something that I can connect with, both mentally and physically. Pilates is meant for every body shape and size, no matter your fitness level. We are all busy with life, but Pilates can work for everyone's schedule. All you need is a mat and the drive. Let me share my passion and help find what Pilates means to you. *Jennifer is Power Pilates certified in Core Mat I and II Training and is a Beginner and Intermediate Mat teacher. She has 500+ hours of Pilates training and experience. Jennifer is also a fitness blogger and loves to share tips, resources and fashion finds.

What a whirlwind of a month. Moving from a house in Ponte Vedra and an apartment in Savannah to a house in Richmond Hill. 🫠 It was truly bittersweet leaving such a great place where we put some roots down in only a few short years. Enjoying the chaos one day at a time before another move to college for our oldest in August. 😭 Then I never want to see a furniture dolly for a long time. 🫶
