🎉 Congratulations to Our June 2026 Employee of the Month, Jeff Holbein! 🎉
Jeff exemplifies what it means to provide exceptional service and genuine care to our residents.
While assisting a new resident with hanging her television, Jeff noticed she was not feeling well. After learning that the resident had been busy with her move and had not yet eaten breakfast or had her morning coffee, Jeff immediately stepped in to help. He found a banana in her kitchen, offered it to her, and then noticed her coffee maker had not yet been set up. Jeff took the initiative to assemble the coffee maker and prepare a fresh cup of coffee for her.
By the time Resident Services arrived, the resident was already beginning to feel better. Jeff’s thoughtful actions, kindness, and compassion went far beyond expectations and made a lasting positive impression during the resident’s first days in our community.
Thank you, Jeff, for demonstrating our commitment to hospitality and for making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents each day. We are proud to recognize you as our June 2026 Employee of the Month!
