I had one of those moments recently where I truly felt like we have made it. Our kids were deep in imaginative play, pretending to be Aubree and me. Things got a little heated between them, and for a second, I braced myself. But then, they stopped, looked at each other, and one of them said, “No, we can't talk like that! Mom and Aubree don't speak to each other that way.” The only loud voices in our home are from laughter and playful shouts during our roughhousing sessions. It hit me then, they've internalized the peace and respect we've built here. It's not just a house, it's a safe, loving space where they know everyone is cherished, and that's a feeling beyond words.

Happy 1 month of marriage to the person who helped make that feeling possible 💜

Your healing journey is unique to you. My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns with compassion.

Through shadow work, spiritual coaching, Reiki, and breathwork, we focus on bringing awareness to the parts of ourselves that may have been hidden, ignored, or misunderstood, not to judge them, but to understand them.

Sometimes what we believe is a dark energy around us is actually unresolved trauma asking to be seen.

Trauma has a way of lingering in our lives long after the event has passed. It can show up as fear, hypervigilance, anxiety, nightmares, emotional triggers, feelings of heaviness, or a constant sense that something is “off.” Many people interpret these experiences as spiritual attacks or dark energies, when in reality they may be carrying wounds that have never been fully processed or healed.

This doesn’t mean spiritual experiences aren’t real. It means that our unhealed pain can sometimes influence how we experience the spiritual world around us.

The shadow parts of ourselves,the grief, fear, abandonment, betrayal, shame, and hurt we’ve pushed away,don’t disappear simply because we ignore them. They often return asking for our attention. The more we avoid them, the louder they tend to become.

Healing isn’t about fighting darkness. It’s about bringing awareness, compassion, and understanding to the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be acknowledged.

Sometimes the energy that needs clearing isn’t around you.

Sometimes it’s the pain within you that is finally ready to be healed. 💜
