One day you’re going to wake up and the air will feel a little bit lighter, and the days will feel a little calmer. It’s a quiet shift that happens in the everyday moments of your life, almost going unnoticed until you realize you’re breathing easier than you were a month ago.

Change isn’t a lightning strike, it’s the slow, steady accumulation of small choices. Every time you choose to show up for yourself, even when you’re tired or uncertain, you’re building the foundation for that version of you who feels at peace.

Keep moving, keep doing the work, and stay patient with the process. You are evolving in ways you can't always see yet, but you will feel it. Don't give up on yourself, you’re doing better than you think.
