As I’m headed out to meet some new friends, I went through my closet and said which one of you needs to be worn. I was quite surprised the pink one stood out to me. And this new chapter of my life really focusing on my heart chakra, loving myself and loving others is something. I’m so excited to embrace.

Today, I was reminded that we can grow no no matter where we’re planted! I was deep cleaning some areas of my new house and I found this beautiful plant growing out of the drain in the last owner’s hair. Ahh!😱 So curious, what kind of seed would find its way into this drain and grow?

It reminded me of the resilience that everybody has within themselves. Pets can move from house to house and still continue to be happy. People can move all over the world and still continue to grow and become the best person that they can. I really feel like this is a sign to me to continue growing where I’m at in my life right now. This year has been full of twists and turns and I’ve learned so much about myself through this process.

I’m excited to continue to learn and grow with each of you on your paths as well 💜

So many people have asked different things that have really helped and my health journey over the years and one thing that I feel like everybody needs to do would be to buy the function 365 as you’re gonna see real results on things that they’ve never tested me for in 20 years, but it really helped me understand what foods I can eat, where are my different levels, how to move forward and doing the MRI that’s in the kit can be really useful to see what’s growing in my body where it shouldn’t be growing. I’m a queen of cysts:)

I know so many of us are struggling with health related things right now and for me, I’ve had to grieve the life I used to be able to live 20 years ago to accept who I am today and what types of activities and foods I can enjoy. I guess it’s one of the hard truths about getting older. I’ve had co-pays for my insurance that were more than the $365 that it cost to do the function 365 but the information I received was so much better. And I know that is a lot of money but being sick can be really costly as well.

The other thing that has really transformed, my journey has been using integrative or functional medicine as they’re actually working to help us live as opposed to just throwing medications at us.
