✨🥤 Summer Peach Peel Soda Magic 🥤✨
Turning kitchen scraps into sparkling treasure over here — and I’m obsessed. Today’s potion: a spicy, fruity peach‑ginger simple syrup made from the peels and pits of my peach crumble. No waste, no soda, just pure summer alchemy.
Filtered water, juicy peach skins, peach pits, fiery ginger root, and allulose simmered low and slow until reduced by half. What’s left is a golden, fragrant syrup that tastes like sunshine with a little kick.
Add a splash to homemade seltzer from the SodaStream and suddenly you’ve got a cool, carbonated summer elixir that’s refreshing, healthy, and wildly delicious.
This season, I’m recycling all my fruit peels and pits into syrups, shrubs, and sparkling drinks.
Don’t throw it away — transform it.
That’s kitchen witchery at its finest.
