How do you cope with depression?
Everyone gets into a state of depression at some point in their life. Whether it’s clinical depression, seasonal, or from grief, getting out of seclusion and venturing out into the world can greatly help your state of mind. It’s so easy to stay inside and close yourself off from everything. Go outside, go for a walk in a park, take a drive to the ocean, go have coffee with a friend and allow yourself to be immersed into nature, into the world that can help you heal.

Have you ever considered consecrating your beauty tools?
Make your daily beauty routine magickal by imbuing your tools with your energy. You can even use them for spells.
Take any of your tools (mirror, hairbrush, makeup, brushes, etc.) place them on your alter or under the full moon. Place your hands over them and imagine your self as a goddess, glowing, beautiful, and happy. Chant “mighty, mighty, Aphrodite, bring out the beauty that is inside me.” Repeat 3x’s. Leave under the full moon for a night or repeat once a day for 7 days. Everyday from then on out, imagine the beauty inside of you radiating out of you throughout the day.

Fire. The element of Aires, Leo, & Sagittarius. Direction of the South. Fire ignites our passions, fuels our hearts, and brightens our pathways. The best and easiest way to invoke the element of fire is through candle Magick.

🔥 Get a candle, anoint it with and oil of your choice, light it, and stare into the flame, imagine your intention coming to life in the flame. Meditate on it for as long as you see fit. S***f of out and repeat once a day for 7 days, or until the candle burns out. Fire magick works fast so be specific in your intentions.

How do you invoke the element of Fire?

The Temple of the Goddess is proud to aspire to create Portland’s first botanical garden. The Temple of the Goddess will be for spiritual exploration for people would walk on the earth-based spiritual paths. Our plan for the Temple will be in a Victorian style with Greek/Roman columns, green house windows, and will include diverse species of plants. The Temple will have rooms for events, such as, meditation, yoga, and ceremonies. This will be a beautiful retreat with calming energy. ————————————————————————
