1st Saturday in June, today June 6th is National Waterfall Day! 💦🌿

Duncan Creek Falls is a trail that is moderate, but let me tell you… it tried to humble me. I slid, got a little boo‑boo, and had to dig deep, but I made it through with the group and a whole lot of determination. Definitely not for the weak!
Even with the slips and surprises, it felt good to be out there moving, breathing, and working these knees. Sometimes you just have to get out there and trek your way back to strength.
Here’s to more movement, more nature, and more adventures that remind us what we’re capable of. 🌄💚
