I used to think pelvic floor healing meant doing more… more kegels, more stretching, more “just in case” habits.

But what actually changed everything was doing LESS of the wrong things—and finally understanding what my body was trying to tell me.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of symptoms, this is your sign to zoom out.

👉 Comment ROOT 🌱 and I’ll send you my free training so you know exactly where to start.

Because doing kegels isn’t the flex you think it is… ⤵️

When you’re not actually able to lift and sneeze without leaks, go 2 hours without urgency, and do the things you love without pain.

I was doing ALL the pelvic floor exercises daily for years,

And still wearing a pad to the gym “just in case,” and avoiding running with my boyfriend because I know my hips and back would hurt the next day.

What finally changed everything for me wasn’t doing MORE,

It was figuring out what was CAUSING the pelvic floor dysfunction in the first place, and treating THAT.

Here’s what I did for myself and started doing for my patients that actually got lasting results:

1️⃣ A full-body assessment including spinal and hip mobility, movement patterns, and breathing strategy

2️⃣ Treatment based on the ROOT CAUSE of symptoms, striving for *full range of motion* as a basis to build on

3️⃣ Then, coordination exercises to ensure the core, pelvic floor and diaphragm are working together properly

4️⃣ Finally, the strengthening exercises will actually work, because you’ve solved the source of dysfunction

When you follow a system that’s made for your body, based on science-backed strategies -not just random pelvic floor strengthening from Instagram- you start to see results that actually last.

THIS is the difference between women that have to wear diapers when they’re 80, and those that are lifting, running and playing for as long as they want.

The person you’re becoming doesn’t do hundreds of kegels a day out of panic,

She moves with intention.

She understands the strategy that works for her body.

She fixes the root cause of her symptoms with ease,

And feels confident that she can maintain her strength and confidence through every phase of life.

If you’re ready to step into that version of yourself…

This is where you start ⤵️

People thought I was insane. ⤵️

As a pelvic floor therapist, I was taught the same thing most clinicians are taught:

Weak pelvic floor? Strengthen it.

Tight pelvic floor? Stretch it.

So I did exactly that.

The problem was…I was doing everything “right,” yet my symptoms weren’t improving the way I expected, and many of my patients weren’t getting lasting results either.

I couldn’t accept that leaking, urgency, pain with intimacy, or pelvic heaviness were simply part of having a female body.

So I kept searching.

Course after course.

Research after research.

Until I found a clinician looking somewhere very few people were looking:

The spine.

When I restored normal spinal movement, my pelvic floor finally started doing what it was supposed to do.

I could lift heavy without leaking, run without paying for it with hip pain, and be intimate without feeling like I was hitting a wall.

Then I started using the same framework with my patients.

They improved faster.

And they stopped coming back with the same recurring symptoms.

Today, I always check spinal movement before prescribing another pelvic floor exercise, because if the spine isn’t moving well, traditional pelvic floor treatment often falls short.

That’s why I created a free on-demand training that walks you through this exact framework.

Enjoying the ride 🚲

We’ve been so busy with jobs, our building project, and building our businesses that it takes an intentional moment to remember to enjoy the ride!

We always spend Sunday morning doing something active together and it makes all the difference ❤️

When I first started healing my pelvic floor, I didn’t feel confident, “in alignment,” or excited. ⤵️

I felt like I…

• was doing everything “right” but getting nowhere.
• would never be able to lift or run without symptoms.
• was somehow broken.

Here are the things no one tells you at the beginning. The real ones. ⤵️

1️⃣ “Just keep doing kegels.”
Not true. If the problem isn’t poor isolated pelvic floor strength (and it rarely is) kegels aren’t going to do it for you.

2️⃣ “You just need to relax your pelvic floor.”
It doesn’t fix the underlying problem. And frankly, if there’s another thing CAUSING the tension, you can’t “just relax” anyway.

3️⃣ “The pain is coming from your pelvic floor.”
Not at all. Actually, a more common referral pattern for pain in the SIJ, low back, pelvis or hips is dysfunction in the thoracic spine.

Once I learned how to address the root cause of my symptoms by improving my spinal and hip mobility, everything changed.

My pelvic floor could finally coordinate the way it was supposed to.

That’s when the strengthening actually started working.

And that’s exactly what I teach inside my free training.

I swear this one shift changed everything ⤵️

I never used to be that girl who looked so confident and strong at the gym.

I was the girl hiding in the back, only wearing black leggings in case I leaked a little during deadlifts.

I kept asking myself:

“How am I doing all the right exercises and I STILL can’t lift without leaking or back pain? What am I missing?”

Then it hit me…

If I was constantly strengthening my “weak” pelvic floor and I still leaked, the problem couldn’t be weakness.

I wasn’t addressing the root cause of my symptoms…

I was just putting a Band-Aid on them.

I was doing the kegels, the diaphragmatic breathing, and the stretches. I was activating my glutes and core and managing pressure during my lifts.

It should have worked.

But nothing really changed until I learned what was actually causing my symptoms:

My spine.

Once I got my spine moving properly, I could finally feel my pelvic floor, core, and glutes working together during my lifts.

I could lift more than 95 pounds without back pain and run more than a mile without stopping because of my hip.

Because when your spine moves freely, your nervous system can actually communicate with your muscles.

Here’s exactly what I did differently ⤵️

1. I did repeated thoracic extension exercises 3x per day to improve my mid-back mobility.
2. I reinforced that mobility by maintaining good posture throughout the day.
3. I checked my spinal range of motion before every workout and didn’t start lifting until I had full range.

If you’re tired of wearing black leggings to the gym just in case you p*e your pants…

If you’re avoiding running, squats, or heavy lifting because of hip or back pain…

You need the Iron Grace Method to identify the ROOT CAUSE of your symptoms instead of putting a Band-Aid on them.

And it’s exactly what I teach inside my free, on-demand training.

My thoracic spine stiffness was inhibiting my glutes! And I couldn’t lift more than 95lbs without causing low back pain.

Until I got my spine un-stuck so my muscles could get the correct information from my nervous system.

If you’ve tried everything for your back pain, your glutes feel like they’re constantly snoozing on leg day, and you want to be able to lift without worrying, comment ROOT for my free training.

Steal my roadmap ⤵️

I stopped p*eing my pants, fixed my chronic hip pain, and finally felt like myself again,

All without doing a million kegels or bridges!

And all I did was finally figure out the root cause of my symptoms, and follow a simple system to fix it.

But you see, when you fix the root of your pelvic floor issues, you don’t JUST stop p*eing your pants, you give your body an opportunity to build true strength, from the deepest stabilizing muscles, to the primary movers like glutes and abdominals, so you can do the things you love better than ever before.

Imagine running that 5k you’ve been putting off since you had your kid, or getting back into weightlifting without having to wear a pantiliner!

I don’t tell you about my results to brag, but to show you WHAT’S POSSIBLE.
Because it IS possible.

I’m not special, or different, or lucky.

I started out feeling like something was wrong with me. With no kids, never been pregnant, but a “weak pelvic floor”… even though I could deadlift over 200lbs.

Then someone taught me how to identify the root cause of my symptoms,

And within ONE DAY I started noticing the difference.

I’ve now taught many more women how to identify and fix the root cause of their pelvic floor issues.

I’ve had clients go from:
🌿 p*eing every 20 minutes.. to getting 2 hours of work done without THINKING about a bathroom break
🌿 leaking with every sneeze.. to never wearing a pad “just in case”
🌿 avoiding running at all costs.. to running 3x a week with no pain or wet pants

Healing your pelvic floor shouldn’t be difficult.

So if you’re struggling, you just need a system that actually addresses the root of the problem.

If you’d like to finally lose the daily pads, you need to watch my free pelvic floor training.

You’ll discover what’s actually causing your symptoms, and the holistic approach I’ve used with all my clients to heal their pelvic floors.

P.S. what I share in my training is the exact process I used to go from leaks and chronic hip pain, to running, lifting and playing without worrying about the aftermath.
