My name is Johnny and I'm the owner/personal trainer at JGEE FITNESS. I would love to help you obtain all of your fitness goals. I offer personal training.

Whether it's personal training, group training or virtual training I WANT TO HELP YOU WIN! I have 3 monthly packages that you're able to choose from ranging from 1-3 times per week. GROUP CLASSES : MONTHLY OR DROP IN FOR $10. MON. 6P.M. - 7P.M. TUES. 5A.M - 6A.M
WED. 6P.M. - 7P.M. SAT. 9A.M. - 10A.M.

***WEIGHT LOSS ALERT***

As we start a new week I have to give a special shoutout to one of my clients. He has really put in the work and has come so far. I'm extremely proud of him for continuing to trust the process.

Working out as we know is not easy. If it was EVERYONE would be in tip-top shape.

Remember being discipline and staying consistent is key!

Sometimes you have to get out the gym and take your workout outdoors. Shoutout to the WEIGHTED VEST CREW a.k.a. Nicole & Tiara!

Not only did we do 5.20 miles but we did 25 squats after each mile that was completed totalling 125 Squats!

Thanks for trusting the process and continuing to stay consistent and be discipline.
