UPDATE✨

Hi everyone! It’s been some time since I’ve hopped on and gave an update! We are a few weeks shy of my due date with our newest baby! With that said, I’m incredibly excited to begin meeting new doulas, parents, and/or future clients! 🩵

During my break in birth work, I’ve had a lot of opportunities to add new improvements to my business including brand new birth plan, postpartum plan, and hospital bag checklist templates! 📝🍼🤰

I will be continuing to post and share all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum related! I look forward to begin accepting new clients in Fall, 2026! 🍂🧡

As we all know, life happens! Due to my own pregnancy, I found I cannot support clients to my full potential and ability, as you ALL deserve!

I WILL NOT be able to accept new clients AT THIS TIME.

I hope that soon after my own due date in July, I will be back to supporting families as before!

This one is for the SUPPORT TEAM of the laboring mama! Let’s talk HOW to support a mom in labor, as a partner!

✨Knowing the birth plan, the birthing persons preferences, and how they picture their birth (this is especially important when ADVOCATING)
✨Provide a calm presence and environment
✨Positive affirmations (your body was made for this, you’re one contraction closer to baby, you are strong)
✨Ground your partner when they become overwhelmed, scared, anxious
✨Use your body! Rub your partners back, hip squeezes, support them while standing, squatting, etc
✨Remind her to hydrate, eat, move, etc

Sometimes being the caregiver to someone in the labor/birthing state can be TOUGH. Remember to take care of yourself, so you can take care of your partner! 🩵🌸
