Building the business the same way I coach: invest in small changes, build slowly, and let them add up.

This is the foundation of how I coach. Before we talk about workouts or weight loss, we make sure the basics are locked in so that when life gets in the way, and it will, you don’t lose everything you’ve built.

If that resonates, send me a message.

Every 6 weeks or so I sit down and assess how I’m moving, recovering, and how I’m feeling day to day. From there I identify a few tweaks to my daily routine that can keep moving me toward my goals.

The box in the middle is where everyone starts. Four anchors. A simple movement protocol. That’s it.

The schedule and workouts around it came later, built gradually based on how my body was responding. Nobody starts with all of this. Two years in looks a lot different than week one.

After two years of doing this I actually look forward to it. It’s become a chance to reflect on how far I’ve come.

It starts simple and compounds over time. That’s what I think real health and resilience looks like.

It’s also exactly what I do with clients.

I didn’t build this system because I thought the fitness industry needed another program.

I built it because I needed a better approach myself.

After years of dealing with recurring setbacks, I stopped chasing harder workouts and started focusing on the daily inputs that shape our health.

That philosophy eventually helped my dad after his stroke, and it’s become the foundation of how I coach today.

This system isn’t about perfection.

It’s about helping people avoid the traps that keep them stuck and changing the trajectory of their health.

Thanks for following along with this series.

This approach isn’t for everyone.

It’s for the people who feel stuck in a loop. The ones dealing with recurring injuries, burnout, limited time, stalled progress, or the feeling that what used to work just doesn’t anymore.

I used to fit into more than one of those categories.

That’s why I built a system focused on sustainable health through movement, nutrition, and managing stress and recovery. So you can stop starting over every few months.

This is Part 2 of a three-part series explaining exactly what I do, who I help, and why I coach this way.

Most people assume I spend my days writing workouts.

In reality, that’s only one piece of what I do.

My coaching is built around three pillars:

• Movement
• Nutrition
• Stress & recovery

We start by improving the things that influence your health every single day. Small, sustainable changes that fit your life not another overhaul you’ll abandon in a month.

Once that foundation is in place, then we build on it with exercise.

This is the first of a three part series explaining exactly what I do, who I help, and why I coach this way.

If you feel like your current health trajectory needs some adjusting, tell me the one thing that’s holding you back. I’ll tell you where I’d start.

To the dads who have been putting their kids ahead of the way they look and feel, I see you.

Being a dad today is challenging. Balancing being a provider and being present leaves very little time for yourself.

For years, I thought improving my health meant finding more time, more motivation, or the perfect plan. It turns out most dads don’t need more complexity. They need a simpler approach.

Being healthier and making progress toward your fitness goals doesn’t have to take hours in the gym or require perfect consistency.

Start small. Get good at the basics. Build momentum.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads doing their best for their families.
