Do your shoulders seem to have a permanent relationship with your ears?
Meet what I like to call “The Quasimodo Effect.”
When the upper traps, levator scapulae and the small muscles at the base of the skull stay overworked, you may start noticing:
• That knot that NEVER seems to go away
• Neck stiffness or limited movement
• Shoulders creeping toward your ears
• Tension that travels into your head or upper back
• That constant urge to stretch, rub or crack your neck
And here's the thing…
Where you feel the pain isn't always where the problem started.
That's why my sessions aren't about spending an hour digging into the one spot that hurts.
I look at the bigger picture — how the muscles are working together, where you're holding tension, your movement patterns and what may be contributing to that same discomfort returning again and again.
Then we get to work🙌
Because sometimes your body doesn't need you to “just live with it.”
It needs a little help getting out of the pattern it's been stuck in.
