I seek to uncover the root causes of health challenges, here to guide you with personalized, faith-aligned solutions to achieve vibrant energy and lasting wellness. While working as a registered nurse for over a decade and as a nurse practitioner in practice, it became apparent the necessity of finding the root cause of illness to find true healing. Her passion and mission has become to help others feel and live better, finding true wellness by understanding what our bodies really need through education, coaching and discovering the root cause of illness. Through educational programs, health consultation and coaching, her goal is to lead individuals to better health of mind, body and spirit. Consultation appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons in the window of 4-6p EST. Virtual visits via video or phone meetings are available as well, especially for those outside of Lancaster County, PA.
