Low testosterone is more than just low libido.
Men with low testosterone may notice changes that seem unrelated at first: persistent fatigue, decreased muscle mass, difficulty building strength, increased body fat, poor motivation, brain fog, mood changes, reduced endurance, and changes in sexual function.
But here’s the important part: these symptoms do not automatically mean your testosterone is low.
Stress, poor sleep, excess body fat, certain medications, thyroid issues, and other health conditions can create similar symptoms.
The right approach is to look at the whole picture and confirm testosterone levels with appropriate morning bloodwork.
If you’re experiencing several of these symptoms, it may be worth having your hormones evaluated rather than simply assuming it’s “just aging.”
Your symptoms are information. Pay attention to them.
