I did a reading group and of course my groups are more than just crossed over people, they always carry therapy as well. So thought I would bring you a bit of reality on grief…
You grieve how your grieve and not how someone else thinks you should. They don’t get to decide if you are “sad enough” and people will ABSOLUTELY use crossed over people as a manipulation tool.
Your people aren’t mad you didn’t show up to grandmas house for Sunday dinner and they aren’t mad that someone changed the will. Never allow yourself to be bullied into it because they do NOT hold on to petty emotions.
I am so happy my events are more than just connecting to the other side but about how you can improve your life. It has been the best acquisition to what I do. You do however need to be ready to have that harsh reality check.
So you grieve as you see fit and if someone else doesn’t like it that is their problem. You are not EVER responsible for someone else’s feelings… ever.
