This client came in noticing one knee buckled inwards and was also noticing hip discomfort on that side. With something like this, It's important to get the ankle knee and hip all on the same page!

Seeking 1–2 Case Study Participants (North Raleigh)

I’m looking for 1–2 people to receive 3 free structural integration sessions in exchange for allowing before/after photos to be used for my website and marketing.

This is less about “fixing posture” and more about exploring how the body can organize with more ease, support, and alignment.

This is a good fit if you are:

1. Open-minded and comfortable being seen (photos used respectfully)
2. Not overly busy — you have space to actually receive and integrate the work
3. Willing to experience some intensity (similar to a deep stretch) in service of change
4. Reliable and able to commit to 3 scheduled sessions

All bodies welcome — age, gender, and fitness level don’t matter.
If anything, the more room there is for change, the more meaningful the process.
