6 months post-op and a beautiful example of comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

This wonderful 71 year young patient wanted to address her signs of facial aging including midface descent, heavy nasolabial folds, jowling, and neck laxity.

Six months ago Meghann got her 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 along with a small chin implant. Our goals were to 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐣𝐚𝐰𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.

This type of change cannot be achieved with submental liposuction alone, it requires an understanding of the deep anatomy and adjustment of the foundational volume. For Meghann we did:

✅ Reduction of submandibular glands
✅ Reduction of anterior digastric muscles
✅ Trimming of both layers of fat, deep sub-platysmal and superficial pre-platysmal
✅ Tightening of the platysmal muscle sling
✅ Hyoid release and elevation
✅ Placement of a small, tasteful chin implant
