Energy doesn't lie.

Some people can change the energy of a room the moment they walk in.
Some people make you feel lighter.
Some make you want to stay and talk.
Some drain the room the moment they arrive.
You don't need anyone to tell you.
You can feel it.

And that got me thinking...
Your energy is one of the few things that is completely your responsibility.

Nobody can create it for you, nor can you fake it.

It's something you cultivate every day - through your thoughts, your actions, and the way you choose to show up.

I came across the entire spectrum during pageant week.

And it reminded me of the kind of energy I want to bring into every room I walk into.

Because long after people forget what you wore...
they'll remember how they felt in your presence.

One of the most common things I hear from clients isn't a lack of confidence. It's this:

"I don't know what I want."

But after we talk for a while, it's usually not that they don't know. It's that their own voice has been buried under everyone else's opinions for so long that they no longer trust it. The opinions of their parents, their partner, friends, social media, AI...

None of those are bad places to look for information.
The problem starts when everyone else's voice becomes louder than your own.

Learning to trust yourself doesn't mean you'll never ask for advice again.
It simply means you'll know how to come back to yourself before making the final decision.

✨ I'd love to know - what's one decision you made recently because you knew it was right, even if not everyone agreed?

If you're struggling to trust yourself or feel disconnected from your own intuition, send me a DM with the word "FREE." We'll schedule a complimentary clarity session and explore what's keeping you stuck.

There was a time when meeting someone like Marina felt almost impossible.

Like we lived in completely different worlds.

For years, I followed her journey from afar. I admired the life she was building, the way she carried herself, and the example she set for so many women - including me.

I even remember writing in one of my journals that I hoped I'd meet her one day.

Ironically, it was one of Marina's posts about Mrs. Globe that inspired me to apply.

One morning, before the day's Mrs. Globe events, I was having breakfast when I looked to my left and saw her walking into the restaurant.

I got up from the table, walked over, and hugged her.
We talked for a minute. And suddenly, those two worlds didn't feel so far apart anymore.

Maybe the people we admire aren't meant to stay on the other side of a screen forever.

They're real people, living real lives, sharing breakfast, laughing with friends, and doing the best they can - just like the rest of us.

Meeting Marina wasn't special simply because I admired her. It was special because it reminded me that the dreams we quietly write down in our journals have a way of becoming real when we keep showing up for our own lives.

Years ago, I hoped our paths would cross.
That morning, they did.
And that's a memory I'll carry with me for a very long time. ❤️

When I look back on my time at Mrs. Globe, my most memorable moments weren't on stage.

They weren't at the dinners, on the red carpet, or even backstage. The moments I treasure most were breakfast with Marta.

We made it intentional to show up early each morning before the day really began. While most of the hotel was still quiet, we'd sit down with coffee, enjoy the beautiful scenery, laugh, talk about things that actually mattered, and get to know the wonderful staff who greeted us every morning.

Very few contestants came to breakfast, and that's okay - it wasn't everyone's thing. But for us, it became one of the most meaningful parts of the entire week.

It's interesting how often we expect the highlight of an experience to be the part everyone comes to see.

Looking back, that's not what stayed with me.

I remember how unhurried those mornings felt.
How easy the conversations were. How, for an hour or so, nothing needed to be rushed. Those breakfasts became the anchor for the rest of the day. They reminded me that some of life's most meaningful moments aren't planned. They happen when we're fully present - without trying to accomplish anything or be anyone other than ourselves.

Looking back, I think that's what I'll carry with me long after the pageant.

Today marks 18 years of marriage. ❤️

I don't think there's one right way to have a marriage.
Every couple has different values, different dreams, different challenges, different responsibilities, and different priorities. At the end of the day, the only people who have to love the life you're building are the two people building it.

For us, it's never been about having a perfect marriage. But it's about not giving up on each other, noticing when we've become disconnected instead of pretending everything is fine, giving each other grace, cutting each other some slack, and choosing kindness - especially when life gets hard.

And it's about continuing to grow, both individually and together.

Happy Anniversary, Ryan. ❤️

I'm learning to stop measuring a good day by how much I accomplished.

Sometimes a good day is simply one you were fully present for.
