Hoy comparto un baño elemental de sonido creado para ayudarte a soltar tensión y regresar a un estado de calma profunda.
A través del cuenco, koshi y gong, el cuerpo entra en una frecuencia de regulación donde el sistema nervioso puede descansar y reorganizarse.
Permite que el sonido haga el trabajo.
