Had another amazing session with Oceti Sakowin Community Academy yesterday; as I was walking in to set up for class, I heard the little relatives say with enthusiasm, "Yay, we have yoga today!" What a full-circle moment to give back to what was taught to me. They loved the essential oils and sound bowl, can't wait to come back for another session 🧘‍♀️✨️

Great news for Oniya Tipi! Things are blossoming as they should be. I met with Oyate and they were very happy and impressed with my presentation. They will be in contact with me for future community involvement activities.
