I know some of these beliefs will make people uncomfortable.
Good.
Because I’m not interested in blindly accepting everything we’ve been told is “normal.”
Normal that women should hate their bodies and then spend thousands trying to change them.
Normal that we can numb ourselves, filter ourselves, inject ourselves, medicate ourselves and still call that confidence.
Normal that our children spend most of their waking hours inside a system we’re afraid to question.
Normal that chronic illness is simply something we’re supposed to manage instead of asking why so many people are getting sicker.
Normal that building a successful life requires sacrificing your health, your marriage, your children, your peace and eventually yourself.
I’m not buying it.
I believe your body is communicating with you.
I believe connection requires us to actually be present and expressive.
I believe women deserve to question the systems shaping their health, their families and their lives.
I believe success means nothing if you lose yourself building it.
And I believe there is a difference between becoming more and abandoning yourself to become more.
I’m here for the woman who wants both.
The business.
The body.
The marriage.
The motherhood.
The faith.
The life.
Without losing herself in the process.
