It’s never too early to make summer plans, right? Bc has a full June lineup.

Tiny Chefs is back with TWO dates at different locations! First she’ll be back at and then she’ll be for a flaky pastries class. So yummy!

Mindful Movers is back outside! And she’ll be around the county. First on the last day of May at Blue Marsh, then in June she’ll be at Angora Fruit Farm and Ironstone Creek. Gentle movement, breath-work, and (of course) bubbles.

Ms Shelby will also be doing Summer Sessions with Seasons Forest School once a month!

Let’s end May on a high note.

is back with her Mindful Movers class. Join her for an outdoor yoga adventure designed just for kids! They’ll wiggle their toes in the soft grass, stretch like tall trees swaying in the breeze, balance like brave warriors, and chase magical bubbles between poses.

It’s all about moving mindfully, breathing deeply, and giggling a lot. Fresh air, sunshine, and playful energy—come flow and grow!

We’ve been quiet. Truth is, the springtime busies got the best of us. But we’re back. And we had a party. A birthday party!

and the tiny chefs made high-protein pita for pizza lunchables (complete with juice boxes, fruity strips, + veggie sticks) and ended their time with carefully decorated cupcakes, by the tiny chefs of course. It was the cutest little afternoon. The birthday girl even got her very own apron and birthday tiara!

Moving forward Sprouts + Co will be doing popup classes rather than a predictable schedule. Our teachers are busy (did you know they also run a forest school together?!) so keep your eyes peeled for class rollouts.

In the meantime (don’t worry, a few class dates are in the works!) our teachers are still booking birthday parties. Whether you’re interested in yoga + crafting or creating something yummy in the kitchen, we’ve got you covered!

It’s hard to believe it’s technically still winter with today’s weather.

But the return of the sun has us in planning mode and you won’t want to miss this month’s events. March is the month Familiar Favorites makes a come back and we finally get back outside with Wonder Workshops garden stone class. And you can’t forget yoga at the Play + Grow studio.

March means Familiar Favorites are back!

Ms Shelby hosted 3 SOLD OUT classes for this series. And she’s so excited for another group of tiny humans to cook with.

Next Saturday they’ll be making Pizza Lunchables. As always, there’s a fun, from-scratch element. The star this show is the high protein pita for their base. After that is mixed, shaped, and cooked. They assemble their pizzas + enjoy!

We have a busy week here at Sprouts + Co!

Wednesday — Mindfulness Movers will be back . Gentle movement, breath work, Galaxy lights, everything your tiny human needs to feel good for the rest of the week.

Friday — The Wonder Workshop will be . Ms will lead your tiny humans through a canvas painting. They’ll discuss what’s above ground and then dive into the hidden life gearing up for Spring.

Saturday — will also be at Queens Cafe (we really love this place) with her last installment of Simple Snacks with your tiny chefs. They’ll be making granola from scratch! Then they’ll practice their chopping skills and prepare their fruit for their bowls.
