How do you think you would feel if you were surrounded with unconditional love and freedom to just be your most authentic true self??

If sitting still makes your mind race or your body ache, you aren’t failing at relaxing. Your nervous system is just stuck in high gear.

When you operate in a constant state of rushing, your body adapts to adrenaline. Crashing into stillness at 9:00 PM creates a system shock—leaving you trapped with an overactive mind and physical tension.

👉The Shift: To return to your calm, authentic self, you MUST micro-dose moments of slowing down. Sprinkle tiny, intentional pauses throughout your busy day. By teaching your mind to slow down in small moments, rest ceases to feel like a battle and you lower your chances of burning out.

Don’t know where to start then you’re in the right place.

Stress is inevitable, BUT one thing is for sure - You have so much capacity to handle what life throws your way.

I’m a big believer that the more tools and knowledge you have the better you can navigate your day. PLUS whatever you don’t know or it becomes too much then remind yourself that you have the Divines unconditional love always with you.

So one thing that you can do anywhere, anytime and it’s so easy but it does take awareness, it’s like a muscle that you have to exercise.

It is the simple act of:
👉Checking in with yourself.

It sounds so easy. But when you’re in the thick of your day, you’re on and you’re going from one thing to the next, it’s something that can so easily be forgotten or thrown to the wayside.

👉Here’s what it looks like:

Put your hand on your heart and ask yourself: “Right here, right now how do I feel in my body?
Am I feeling any tension?
If I had to label my most intense feeling, what is it?
How am I responding to the ones around me?
Do I feel like a rubber band about to snap?

What your going to do with this information that you gather every time is:

👉 Let it act as your dashboard. If the lights are “blinking” the next thing then is ask yourself “what can I immediately eliminate if I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed? OR maybe “I just need to be, breathe in this moment and come back to the room?”

👉Here is the most important thing I want to leave with you:
If feelings of shame, or guilt are coming up and I know this isn’t easy- Remind yourself that this check-in is not for that! This is for you to help you throughout the day to come back down out of “flight or flight” mode and into that more calming state of being your body, your health so badly needs.

❤️Remember, you’re not alone in the day-to-day grind. Whether you’re a parent, an entrepreneur, a caregiver
or working at your job-there is another person out there doing life who can relate to you. So focus on loving yourself more and when you’re ready send that love out to them. Because ultimately we all just need more unconditional love in our world. 🥹

Why “just breathe” is neurologically impossible and here’s what actually works.

First thing, understand a key part of how your brain works:

A brain flooded with cortisol and running on “fight or flight” mode literally cannot do that job. It’s too busy producing high-amplitude beta waves — fast and very strong brainwaves. A state necessarily for focused activities but you don’t want this to dominate your mental state.

When your body is in that stressed state and you try telling your brain to “just breath”, “think happy thoughts” or “just relax” is like asking a car engine revving at 6,000 RPM to idle by taking your hands off the wheel. It just won’t work. YOU CANNOT THINK YOUR WAY OUT OF IT.

👉Instead you need to learn and get good at turning off the cortisol leak as fast as you can.

Your brain synchronizes its electrical activity to external rhythmic signals. It’s called entrainment. The idea is to give your stressed brain an external signal to follow.

So things like:
Listening to Sound Frequencies and scent gives your brain something to lock on to, easily follow and your nervous system receives the message that it’s safe to calm down.

👉Put it to practice in your life like this:
Take advantage of binaural beats at alpha frequencies, find a sound bath near you, stop and literally smell the roses, your fresh citrus and start carrying an all natural plant powered rollerball with you so no matter where you go you can stop stress as fast as possible and live more as your true authentic self.

Let’s Be Real About Mental Health Month 💚

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year’s theme is "More Good Days, Together."

That is a beautiful thought. But sometimes when life feels heavy, groceries and gas cost a fortune, and the news is a non-stop feed of doom and gloom, having a good day may feel out of reach.

A good day for one might be as simple as just getting up, getting dressed and making your bed, for another it might be completing a work deadline on time. Or it’s a parent in the thick of raising kids who goes to bed knowing you did your best despite loosing your patience at the 20th meltdown. No doubt, It looks different for everyone.

Thankfully our mindset has a lot to do with how we experience life.

If you are feeling the heavy mental load of 2026 right now, here are 4 ways you can fill your life with more good days:

1. Practice The Gratitude Attitude: One of the best ways you can feel good, be more present and have a good day is through practicing gratitude for all the things you do have in your life. And if you’re thinking I can’t think of one then you really need to practice this. 😉 Right now don’t think but just finish this sentence:
I’m grateful for__________! 😁❤️

2. Ask open ended questions: Instead of a generic "How are you?" that will most likely give you a “fine”response, try asking your friends, "What kind of day are you having?" Then, just listen. One of the most loving acts of kindness we can show someone is allowing them to feel seen and heard.

3. Turn off the noise: We are so overstimulated. Give yourself permission to mute the news alerts, close the apps, and just exist offline. Your brain needs the quiet. If you watch the news cut back, I believe that if you can’t physically fix the problem then focus your attention on cultivating love and peace, let that l energy stir in you and share that with the world.

4: Stop hiding the struggle: This one I’m so guilty of but life has taught me multiple times that stress thrives when we isolate. You aren’t the only one feeling anxious, dealing with hardships, concerns about the future or overwhelmed by the daily grind. Reaching out isn’t a burden. Even if you feel like you have no one or don’t belong, take a walk, strike up a conversation. We’re all just figuring this out as we go. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

👇 What does a "good day" actually look like for you right now? No judgment, just real talk in the comments.
