Challenge:
👉 For the next 7 days, intentionally avoid empty, negative, or pointless talk—especially conversations that lead to arguments, gossip, or spiritual confusion.

How to practice it:

Pause before speaking. Ask: Will this glorify God or build someone up?

Refocus conversations. If talk becomes unhelpful, gently change the topic or step away.

Replace vain talk with truth. Share Scripture, encouragement, or words of kindness instead.

Pray daily. Ask God to guard your words and your heart.

📝 Did my words today lead to godliness or to confusion?

Si Jesus miari ani nga kalibutan aron motabang sa mga tawo—nag-ayo sa mga masakiton, nag-comfort sa nag-antus, ug naghatag paglaum sa nawala. Wala Siya nangita og kadungganan o bahandi; apan nagpili Siya sa paglakaw uban sa mga ordinaryong tawo uban ang gugma, pagpailub, ug pagkamaayo. Bisan asa Siya moadto, nagdala Siya og kaayohan, kalinaw, ug mensahe sa gugma sa Dios. Ang Iyang kinabuhi nagpakita kanato sa tinuod nga kahulugan sa pagsunod sa Dios: ang pag-alagad sa uban uban ang tinuoray ug andam nga kasingkasing. Sa pagsugat nato sa bag-ong tuig, hinaut nga makat-on kita sa pagpuyo sama kang Jesus bisan sa yano ug adlaw-adlaw nga paagi.
