Hey my yogi friends!

I need to pause our yoga classes at the Orwell Town Hall for a bit.

As we all know and I need some time and space to focus on some family things!

There is a wonderful yoga class on Tuesday's at the Pulaski Library I hope you will check out!

I'll be back and know I will miss practicing with you all 🧘‍♀️
