Starlight & Sage was never meant to just be a business.

It became a space where two humans with big hearts, lived experiences, and a deep passion for healing could come together and create something meaningful for others. 💛

Some days look like breathwork sessions and sound bowls.
Some days look like workshops, nervous system education, movement, tea blending, late night ideas, event planning, and holding space for people in some of their most vulnerable moments.

And some days look like this. Sunshine, laughter, grounding, friendship, and gratitude.

Behind every session, every workshop, every event, and every offering is genuine love for this community and a deep desire to help people come back home to themselves in a world that constantly pulls them away from who they are.

Watching Starlight & Sage continue to grow into something bigger than we ever imagined has been one of the most humbling experiences of our lives.
