Thanks to some of our amazing Sponsors, we’d like to open up the remaining lanes for this event for FREE to the rest of the community!!! There is free parking in the National Bowling Stadium parking garage. Bring all of your family and friends for free bowling and come celebrate the Lawrence J Weiss Guest House & Circle of Life Grief & Trauma Resource Center under the Circle of Life Hospice Foundation! Again, this is a family friendly event that the remaining lanes are being opened up to the community for FREE due to amazing Sponsorship and Supporters. Wow!!! 🤯 We’re a community nonprofit and we’re so excited that we can have more families join in having some safe and free fun at NBS! This is a special opportunity not normally open to the public at no cost. The event goes from 4-8PM tonight with bowling from 4-7:30 PM. We hope to see you there!!!

Self-care isn't about "moving on."

It's about giving yourself permission to rest while moving through. A walk. A nap. A conversation with a friend. A few minutes without expectations.

If you're grieving, caring for yourself is not selfish. It's part of healing.
