Goal: under 200 and feeling unstoppable. 💁🏽‍♀️ Healthier, happier, and full of energy. Weight loss has definitely been a journey, I've been up and down, motivated, unmotivated, happy, sad, everything but 100% comfortable. I've learned that, when you have a support system it makes it all worth while. I am doing this for myself, and myself only. I have decided on weight loss surgery, while going thr

ough the motions I thought I would put in my all, and see what I can do on my own. The process will be a 4 month process, who knows; once I get to that date, I may not need to go through it. No more dieting for me, complete lifestyle change. Now, I know some people have the things that they do, but I don't want to commit to what's working for you... I will not eat one meal a day, I will not give up meat, I will not fast, However I do welcome motivation. Remember, what may work for you, may not work for the next person. I will not spend the rest of my life eating one meal a day... lol, This is why I am doing what works for me.. I need 3 to 5 small healthy meals per day. Hopefully my family and friends will join me here!

21-Day Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan

Week 1 – Reset the Body

Simple, clean meals.

Day 1
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs + sautéed spinach
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with olive oil
Dinner: Baked salmon + roasted broccoli
Snack: Almonds

Day 2
Breakfast: Greek yogurt + blueberries
Lunch: Tuna salad lettuce wraps
Dinner: Ground turkey cabbage stir fry
Snack: Apple + peanut butter

Day 3
Breakfast: Oatmeal + chia seeds + berries
Lunch: Grilled chicken & avocado salad
Dinner: Garlic shrimp + zucchini noodles
Snack: Walnuts

Day 4
Breakfast: Veggie omelet
Lunch: Salmon salad
Dinner: Baked chicken + roasted sweet potato + broccoli

Day 5
Breakfast: Smoothie (spinach, berries, almond milk, protein powder)
Lunch: Turkey lettuce wraps
Dinner: Lemon garlic salmon + asparagus

Day 6
Breakfast: Boiled eggs + avocado
Lunch: Quinoa bowl with grilled chicken & vegetables
Dinner: Turkey meatballs + sautéed cabbage

Day 7
Breakfast: Greek yogurt + flaxseed
Lunch: Tuna bowl with brown rice and cucumbers
Dinner: Baked chicken + green beans
