WOW, RICHMOND! 🥹❤️

We knew we were loved… but we didn’t know we were THIS loved! 😂

We are officially closing our search for our part-time scheduling position and are honestly overwhelmed (in the best way!) by the amount of interest we’ve received!

We have SO many incredible emails to sift through, and we are just beyond grateful for the amazing community we have here in Richmond. 🫶

Over the next few days, we’ll be sorting through everyone’s emails and reaching out to those we feel may be a great fit for our team to begin the interview process!

To everyone who took the time to reach out, share our post, or send some love our way — THANK YOU!

We’re feeling all the love… and staring at a VERY full inbox! 😂❤️

🤱🏽 We’re Hiring! Join the Coming Home RVA Team! ❤️

Coming Home is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator!

This is a very part-time, remote position with flexible hours, but it does require daily availability, including weekends, to help us respond to families and coordinate appointments.

What the role involves:

* Responding to new client inquiries via email, text, and phone
* Helping families schedule appointments with our team of lactation consultants
* Answering general questions about our services, appointments, and insurance coverage
* Coordinating schedules and appointment locations to ensure efficient travel between home visits
* Providing warm, compassionate communication to families during an important time in their lives

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with families through email, text, and phone. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential!

Experience with scheduling, customer service, or healthcare is a plus, but not required.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a small, flexible, work-from-home role while being part of a wonderful team supporting new families in the Richmond community! ❤️

Interested? We’d love to hear from you! Please 📧 email us at [email protected] with a little information about yourself and why you’d be a great fit for our team.

Year FOUR of being invited back to chat with the Randolph-Macon (Randolph-Macon College) PA students during their Women’s Health & Pediatrics rotation! 💛

We are always so grateful for the opportunity to share a little about what we do, the importance of postpartum support, and the resources available to families in our community. We truly love connecting with future medical professionals because you don’t know what resources are out there unless someone shares them! We hope these conversations help bridge that gap as these students continue learning and growing in their careers.

Thank you, Randolph-Macon, for continuing to think of us and welcoming us back year after year! We always look forward to it!

And a little bonus this year… we got to try out a local coffee shop (Liz Dillon) in downtown Ashland that did NOT disappoint! ☕️ So many cute little spots around Richmond that we’re still discovering!

A little Coming Home happy hour 🥂❤️

We spend so much of our time taking care of other people, so it felt pretty special to slow down, eat some good food, sip Palomas, and just enjoy being together.

So incredibly grateful for this team and all the heart, knowledge, laughter, and support they bring to Coming Home every single day. ✨

We have heard ALL of these and more from SO many of you.

If you’ve been told things like painful feeds, slow weight gain, endless nursing sessions, pumping struggles, or constant fussiness are “just normal,” we’re here to reassure you that you’re not crazy for feeling like something may be off🤍

We always encourage parents to trust their gut. Sometimes feeding challenges are common, but that doesn’t mean you should have to struggle through them alone or feel dismissed along the way.

We’ve supported many families who felt overwhelmed and close to giving up early on, only to find that with the right support and guidance, feeding became so much more manageable and enjoyable!🥹

Our goal is always for you to feel heard, validated, and supported — whatever your feeding goals may be.

You are never alone in this. Reach out anytime if you have questions or need support. 🫶 No question is too small and 1:1 support can change everything.
