Tonight’s Strength & Conditioning class was closed out building a stronger core! 💪🏾🔥

Our focus was on those lower abs, and these ladies showed up ready to work. I challenged them to hit 40 reps, but some pushed themselves all the way to 80! Others gave what they could—and that’s what matters. Progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up, pushing yourself, and supporting the people beside you.

Working your lower abs helps improve core strength, posture, balance, stability, and overall functional movement—all while building a stronger foundation for every workout and everyday life.

The best part? We did it together. That’s what makes this community special. We encourage one another, celebrate every victory, and keep each other accountable.
