FORCE GOES AGAINST FLOW...

We spend so much energy trying to force answers...

Energy doesn't respond well to force.

It responds to surrender and faith.

When it feels like "nothing is happening" its partly your nervous system settling, your perspective expanding, and the the Universe rearranging itself in ways you can't see yet.

I've learned that clarity rarely arrives on my timeline.

Thats divine timing.

I promise the Universe isnt screwing with you.

Some doors don't become visible until you're ready.

That's what we explore on Intuitive AF²—learning the difference between chasing answers... and allowing space to hear them.

Something has been shifting behind the scenes.

Over the last few years I've realized something...

The most meaningful part of my work has never been the Reiki session itself.

It's helping people understand why they feel the way they do.

Why they keep repeating the same patterns.

Why intuition gets buried beneath fear.

Why the nervous system, trauma, energy, spirituality, and healing are all connected.

I've finally found a way to explain it that feels like me.

So over the next few weeks, you'll notice things looking a little different around here.

Same heart. Same mission. Just a clearer way of teaching what I've always believed.

I asked Sparrow Hall - Official what tarot cards helped him the most with in his life thus far.

Instead of talking about predictions or magic, he said the cards helped him realize he needed to stop self-diagnosing... and go see doctors.

He did.

Now he says he's healthier than he's ever been.

That's the thing about tarot that people dont get.

Its not about the answer you want. The cards show you what your ego wont let you see.

The cards are usually there to confirm what you already know or slap you upside the back of the head showing you what your choosing to ignore.

This conversation was one of my favorites. ❤️

I have a complicated relationship with religion.

Growing up Catholic, there are pieces of the Bible that I can look at now and think… there are actually some really beautiful life lessons in here.

And then there are the pieces wrapped in fear, shame, judgment and blame that I’ve had to pull apart from everything else.

Tarot feels similar to me.

The cards are the cards. But the person reading them brings their own energy, beliefs, experiences and interpretation to the table.

Just like two people can read the same Bible passage and walk away with completely different messages, two people can look at the same tarot card and see something completely different.

Maybe the question isn’t always whether the tool is “good” or “bad.”

Maybe it’s who’s interpreting it — and what lens they’re looking through. 👀
