I used to roll my eyes at supplements. 😂
As a PA, I’ve spent years seeing people waste money on products that promised the world and did absolutely nothing. So for the longest time, I truly believed most supplements were just expensive p*e with good marketing.
But eventually I had to admit something to myself…
I didn’t feel GOOD anymore.
I was constantly tired but also overstimulated.
Running on caffeine and stress.
Snapping at people by the end of the day.
Struggling with weight, inflammation, sleep, cravings, and energy even though I “knew better.”
And honestly? I think a lot of women — especially moms and healthcare workers — normalize feeling like garbage because we’re used to pouring from an empty cup.
What shifted for me was learning that my body wasn’t lacking willpower… it was lacking support. Lol
When I started learning more about nervous system regulation, cortisol, gut health, blood sugar balance, inflammation, and cellular health, it all started making sense.
And once I actually started using HIGH-quality products designed to support those systems instead of just masking symptoms with more caffeine… I noticed a difference.
Not overnight magic.
Not perfection.
Just slowly feeling more like ME again.
More energy.
Better mood.
Less afternoon crash.
Better workouts.
Better sleep.
Less “survival mode.”
That’s why I share this now.
Not because I think supplements fix everything…
…but because I know what it feels like to think you’re just lazy, burned out, or failing when your body is actually screaming for help.
