Some moments in life are simply too beautiful to put into words. Birth is one of them. 🤍

I feel so incredibly grateful that I had the honor of witnessing this beautiful family welcome their sweet baby into the world. There is something so powerful about being invited into such an intimate, sacred moment. Witnessing a mother find her strength, watching a family meet their baby for the very first time, and feeling the energy shift as a new little life enters the world.

I was especially blessed to be able to assist another incredible doula Kayleigh with
Cicada Massage Rexburg at this birth. To support her, support this mama, and simply be present for such a beautiful experience was an absolute honor.

This is why I love birth work. This is why I feel so blessed to be a doula. Every birth is different. Every mother is different. Every story is different. But every time, I'm reminded just how incredibly powerful women are and how beautiful it is to witness a family becoming a little bigger.

My heart is so full after this one. Thank you for allowing me to witness such a beautiful beginning.🤍

Last night I was surrounded by some of the most incredible women for my Mother’s Blessing, and my heart is so full.

We spent the evening making dreamcatchers, creating a postpartum sitz soak, coloring birth artwork, sharing prayers, and writing affirmations for the rest of my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I’ll be hanging those affirmations around my home during labor as a reminder of the love, strength, and support surrounding me.

There is something so powerful about being held by women who truly understand this season of life. I left feeling deeply seen, encouraged, and loved.

I can honestly say I’ve found my tribe. These women have become such a blessing in my life, and I am so grateful for each of them. Thank you for praying over me, encouraging me, and making this Mother’s Blessing so incredibly special. I’ll carry this love with me through the rest of my pregnancy, into my birth, and throughout postpartum. 🤍
