Sarcoma is one of the most misunderstood cancers out there, and that needs to change 🎗️

Join us for our OHOW Power Hour, a real conversation about sarcoma and GIST with Dr. Leighton Elliott, plus survivors and patient advocates Simone Smith and Rob Taylor sharing their own journeys with diagnosis, treatment, and self-advocacy.

We're talking symptoms to watch for, why second opinions matter, the emotional weight of a rare diagnosis, and how we close the care gap in under-resourced communities.

Bring your questions, we're doing a live Q&A 🙌🏾

Your zip code says more about your activity levels than your motivation does.

New data ranks America's most and least active states, and the gap is wider than you'd think. Colorado sits at the top with over 84% of adults active. Mississippi sits at the bottom at 69%. That 15-point spread comes down to access: safe spaces to move, walkable neighborhoods, parks, and community investment. For Black communities, those gaps often layer on top of historical inequities and fewer health-supportive resources.

Movement is still possible, and small steps still count.
