Kinni Health & Wellness Advanced Muscle Testing, Root Cause, Functional Lab Analysis, Customized Nutrition

Thank you to everyone who joined tonight's Little Learning!
Tonight we talked about one of the most common questions I hear from parents:

"What can I do for my child?"

While every child is unique, there are some foundational steps that can benefit almost everyone.

✅ Focus on whole foods whenever possible
✅ Prioritize quality protein at meals and snacks
✅ Include healthy fats to support growth, development, and brain health
✅ Add a rainbow of fruits and vegetables
✅ Reduce processed foods, artificial colors, preservatives, and unnecessary chemicals

We also discussed why gut health matters so much. A large portion of the immune system is connected to the digestive tract, and a healthy gut can influence digestion, nutrient absorption, bowel regularity, immune function, and overall wellness.

For families looking for a simple place to start, I shared information about Children's ProSynbiotic from Standard Process. This product combines probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber in one convenient daily serving to help support healthy digestion, regular elimination, beneficial gut bacteria, and immune health.

Is it the answer for every child? No.

The body is always telling a story, and symptoms often have deeper causes that deserve attention. But for many families, this can be a simple first step while continuing to work on improving nutrition and lifestyle habits.

If you'd like to learn more or try Children's ProSynbiotic for your family, I've included the link below.

And if you're looking for a more personalized approach, I'm always happy to help you explore what may be stressing your child's body and create a plan designed specifically for them.

Your child's symptoms may be common, but they are not necessarily normal.

🌱 Little Learning Tonight!

As parents, we all want to do the best we can for our kids.
But with so much information out there, it can be hard to know where to start.

Tonight, I'll be talking about a simple way to support your child's gut health, digestion, immune system, and overall wellness.

We'll discuss why food always comes first, what role the gut plays in health, and one product that may be a helpful starting point for families who are looking to do more than diet changes alone.

If you've ever wondered:
✔️ How can I support my child's gut health?
✔️ Why does digestion matter so much?
✔️ What can I do if I'm not ready for a full wellness program?

Join me tonight for this week's Little Learning

See you soon!
🧡💙 ~Brandi

She will also be onsite as one of our featured wellness vendors throughout the weekend.

Because women deserve spaces where they feel supported, heard, and reminded they don’t have to navigate it all alone. 💛

No video on Facebook today. Just a moment of reflection.

Memorial Day is far more than the unofficial start of summer. It is a day to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and the freedoms we are blessed to live with each day.

As we gather with family and friends, enjoy the sunshine, and celebrate the blessings of life, may we also pause for a few quiet moments to reflect on their sacrifice, remember the families who continue to carry that loss, and hold deep gratitude for the courage and selflessness that made our freedoms possible.

Freedom is never free. Today, we remember. We honor. We give thanks. ❤️🤍💙

🐾 Thanks for joining me on my post-conference brain dump walk today as I walk with RAMSEY, the coolest dog ever😊

After my time at ECO, one thing became even more clear…
The body is incredibly intelligent—but it can only function well when we give it what it needs.

Sometimes that means digging deeper into hidden stressors like infections, toxins, sinus issues, or gut dysfunction.
Sometimes it means supporting women through menopause by asking why symptoms are happening instead of simply masking them.
Sometimes it means improving lifestyle habits, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and foundational health before reaching for another quick fix.
And sometimes… it means challenging a healthcare system that often prioritizes managing symptoms over helping people truly heal.

That might sound bold—but after spending years in conventional healthcare, I know both worlds.
And I believe people deserve options.
They deserve education.
They deserve to understand that their symptoms may be common—but they are not normal.

I’m excited to continue bringing these tools, education, and deeper healing opportunities to my clients and community 💙🧡
More little learning moments coming soon.

🧠 Conference brain overload… in the best possible way 😅🐾

I spent the past few days at ECO (Exponential Clinical Outcomes) learning from practitioners across the country who are helping people heal in BIG ways—and wow, my notebook (and brain) are FULL.

A few major takeaways I’ll be chatting about on my walk tonight:
✨ Deeper ways to support the body when dealing with parasites, Lyme, bacteria, yeast, and other hidden stressors
✨ Why menopause symptoms deserve deeper investigation—not just symptom masking
✨ The surprising connection between your sinuses, digestion, and overall health
✨ Why lifestyle matters just as much as supplements
✨ Mitochondrial health + why your cells need energy to heal

And maybe my biggest takeaway?
The current healthcare model often waits until people are very sick before reacting. I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies sooner, uncover root causes, and support healing before things spiral.

As someone who spent years in conventional medicine, I deeply respect emergency acute care medicine—but I also know there is a better path for long-term wellness.

Come walk with me and the dog tonight for some real talk and a big brain dump 🐾💙🧡
