Thank you, Representative Zimmerman, for your time visiting Kinnic Falls! We look forward to working with you to remove barriers to substance use and mental health care for Wisconsin residents! Together, we can create more pathways to recovery, healing, and wellness.

Substance abuse and the life-altering impacts touch nearly every Wisconsin family. No one chooses this path, no one wakes up one day and wants this for their life... It happens.

So too does compassion and support to help restore the dream of a life once imagined. My family has personal experience with this. Maybe yours does as well. I've worked on this important issue for years, passing bills that help others. I won't stop.

Today, I was honored to sit down with local leaders at the forefront of solutions right in our backyard. Kinnic Falls, Inc. has quietly helped so many right here in River Falls, serving the entire St Croix Valley for years. Helping people find their recovery path.

We discussed strategies for expanded success of this model to help those statewide in the upcoming session. You are doing God's work. Thank you!

Yesterday brought together two important parts of our mission: strategic planning and team connection.
Our Board of Directors and leadership team spent the morning together for our Annual Board Retreat focusing on strategy, collaboration, and the future of Kinnic Falls. Then enjoyed an afternoon together with our staff at a St. Paul Saints Game!⚾️
We're grateful for a board and staff team that is deeply committed to our mission, and also willing to have some fun along the way!💙
