Iβve taught several youth Pilates classes and itβs no secret that itβs one of my favorites! π©·Now accepting bookings for summer camps, after school programs, and other youth organizations.
Bringing the movement and fun to the little ones! Designed specifically for children ages 3β12, these engaging classes help improve flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and body awareness through age-appropriate exercises, games, and creative movement activities.
Each 35-minute session encourages children to build strength, focus, and confidence while staying active in a positive and supportive environment. Classes can be tailored to different age groups and are suitable for all fitness levels.
