One of my favorite feelings in the gym is hitting true failure.

That last rep where you’re pushing as hard as you can and your body is just like, “Yeah… we’re done.”

I love it.

A lot of people grab the same weights every week because they know they can get 12 reps. But if you’re breezing through 12 reps and could’ve done 3 or 4 more, you’re probably stronger than you’re giving yourself credit for.

Grab the heavier dumbbells.

If you’re failing around 8 reps with good form, you’re putting enough stress on the muscle to tell your body it needs to adapt and get stronger. That’s how you build muscle. That’s how you change your body.

You don’t grow by staying comfortable.

Next time you’re in the gym, don’t be afraid to pick up the weight that makes you a little nervous. You might surprise yourself.

If you’re tired of guessing what weights to use, what to eat, or how to actually get results, comment COACH and I’ll reach out to see if my coaching program is a good fit for you.

The whole “grind no matter what” thing just isn’t for me.

I’ve done it. I’ve pushed through exhaustion, ignored my body, skipped rest, and convinced myself that being stressed meant I was working hard enough.

Turns out, that doesn’t work for me.

I actually like sleeping enough.
I like having energy.
I like taking care of myself.
I like having a life outside of work.

If grinding 24/7 works for someone else, cool. But I’ve learned that the way other people take care of themselves, work, train, or build their life doesn’t have to be the way I do it.

I’m not trying to win the burnout Olympics.

I’m trying to build a life I actually enjoy living.

If you’re tired of starting over, running yourself into the ground, and thinking health has to be all or nothing, that’s exactly what I help women break free from.

Comment COACH and I’ll reach out.

For years, I thought I had a self-sabotage problem.

I’d start a new diet.
Start a new workout.
Make a promise to myself.

Then I’d quit when it got hard and start over again.

What I finally realized is that a lot of my self-sabotage was just immaturity.

I wanted the result without the discomfort.

Maturity is realizing you don’t need to start over every time you mess up.

You just get back on track.

The people who change their lives aren’t the people who never fail.

They’re the people who stop quitting on themselves.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally create lasting change, comment COACH and let’s talk.

These are some of my most nutrient-dense meals lately.

Right now, my focus isn’t weight loss. It’s rebuilding my health.

At the end of November, I started getting really sick. Between years of chronic stress, running two businesses, managing an autoimmune disease, and what I believe may have been environmental triggers in my apartment, my body was depleted.

So instead of focusing on eating less, I’ve been focused on giving my body more of what it needs:

More protein.
More vegetables.
More minerals.
More fiber.
More whole foods.

And honestly, this is exactly what I teach my clients.

Most people don’t need another extreme diet. They need to consistently nourish their bodies with nutrient-dense foods that support energy, recovery, muscle, hormones, and long-term health.

I’ve spent a lot of my life chasing extremes. These days, I’m focused on nourishment, eating mostly whole foods, and cycling my carbs around my menstrual cycle.

Healing isn’t always about restriction. Sometimes it’s about providing your body with the raw materials it needs to repair and thrive.

Comment FOOD below and I’ll send you my favorite:
• Lean proteins
• Low-glycemic fruits
• Nutrient-dense vegetables
• Fermented foods
