GRIEF UPDATE 🪽Maverick would have been 9 months old this month. Though he’s not here with me, he has restored a part of me I never knew I lost. In the depths of grief, I’ve found a renewed identity in Christ.

A lot of you have checked in on me (thank you so much btw) and asked how I’m navigating this with so much peace. And if I’m being honest, I don’t do it on my own. I surrender everything to God because He is my strength.

You see the clarity, the calm, the peace calm but what you don’t see is are the silent battles with my own heart. You don’t see the rebuilding of my identity and confidence but you do experience the fruits. Through this season of my life I’ve learned that it’s not my will but God’s that must be done. It’s not my strength but His grace.

I’m so excited to share the things I’ve been praying through and a new season of my life, so stay tuned 🤭

girrlll if we are going to stress less and live more this year then here is one of the simplest things you can do to help decrease inflammation and manage your stress levels.

You see the confidence, not the chaos. You see the glow, not the grief.

The confidence you see, wasn’t built in a gym or the kitchen. It was built in faith, in the valley of total surrender. And I thank God for guiding me through that valley.

See when I stopped seeing my body as the enemy, forgave her, and thanked her for keeping me alive, everything shifted. When I started treating her like the temple she is, I found peace, and my confidence slowly began to rebuild.

It wasn’t another “reset” that changed me.
It was realizing my body was never the problem. Disconnection was.

From body battles to body confidence, this time built on grace.
