Soul Poems #1

Can I walk before the ground has shown me I have feet?

08/02/2026

Trusting without certainty is HARD.

It is also one of the things your soul asks of you when you choose to follow the call of what keeps returning.

Come along with me as I do it in real time.
No guarantees.
No perfectly mapped plan.
Just staying close to what I know to be true and responding as I’m called to do so, one step at a time🤎

07/31/2026

There are some people who don’t need more information.

They’ve already touched something true.

Maybe it came through a conversation.
A season of loss.
A dream.
A quiet moment with God.
A feeling they couldn’t explain.

✨For a moment, you knew.✨

The challenge isn’t finding more truth.
t’s learning how to live from the truth you’ve already encountered.

How to keep choosing it when fear gets loud.
When certainty doesn’t come.
When life asks you to take one step before you can see the whole path.

These are the people I find myself endlessly fascinated by.

Because I don’t think we’re here to convince ourselves of what’s true.

I think we’re here to cultivate a relationship with it—steady enough that, over time, our lives begin to reflect what our souls have known all along.

If that sounds like you…

I have a feeling we’ve been walking toward each other for a while.

🤍 I’ve intentionally opened a few spaces for my four-month Soul Integrity 1:1 program. If you’ve been quietly wondering whether this work is for you, I’d love to have that conversation.

The moment we feel the call toward something bigger, we immediately want to know where it’s taking us.

👀How do I get there?
👀Is this actually meant for me?
👀Is it safe to follow this?
👀What if I’m wrong?
😩Can someone please just give me a map?

We want certainty. Safety. Proof. A plan.

But sometimes, in trying so hard to figure out where the dream is taking us, we lose contact with the very thing trying to lead us.

Because your dream might not be asking you to know yet.

It’s only asking you to pay attention.

✨To notice what keeps returning.
✨To recognize what gets louder when you move toward it.
✨To stay curious about what pulls you away.

To stay in relationship with what matters long enough for the next piece to reveal itself.

You don’t need to know where your dream is taking you.

Stay close enough to let it show you🤎

Comment DREAM and I’ll send you the question I come back to when I’m trying to discern whether something that keeps calling me forward is actually leading me closer to myself.

I will die on this hill: your body is not a meat suit 😂

Your body isn’t the inconvenient container your soul has to drag around while it tries to fulfill some greater purpose.

It’s part of the relationship.

Because whatever you believe about the soul…
✨every dream you pursue
✨every risk you take
✨every change you make
✨every calling you answer …

you will experience it through your body.

And that body has a history.

It has learned what feels safe.
What feels threatening.
What has hurt before.
What it knows about how to survive.

So when fear
urgency
doubt
or resistance show up as you move toward something that matters…

I don’t think the answer is to transcend the body in the name of following your soul.

We get curious about what the body is asking for so the relationship can continue.

The work isn’t getting your body out of the way so you can follow your soul.

It’s teaching them how to move together.

Soul + body. Same team. No meat suits.

Curious where you land on this one 👀

07/26/2026

Relentless.

That’s the word I keep coming back to.

Not because the path was always clear.
Not because following it always felt good.
And definitely not because I was fearless enough to say yes the first time.

But because what mattered kept finding me.

Through every attempt to
dismiss it,
bargain with it,
move on from it,
or convince myself I wanted something easier—it returned.

And I think that’s something we sometimes miss when we talk about following the things that call us.

What keeps returning may be meaningful AND terrifying.

You can recognize something as true and still be afraid of what it might ask you to change…
release…
grieve…
or become.

The fear doesn’t necessarily make the recognition less true.

For me, learning to trust what kept returning wasn’t about becoming certain.

It was about building the relationship with myself that allowed me to stay with what mattered, even when the noise got loud.

And that relationship has changed my life.

If there’s something that has been relentless in its pursuit of your attention, maybe it’s worth getting curious about why✨

The Return is a private live experience happening this Wednesday, July 29, where we’ll do exactly that—get curious about what keeps returning, the patterns surrounding it, and what it may be asking you to notice.

Things I’ve learned as a somatic practitioner who’s equal parts pattern nerd + mystic:

🪄 Your body is your most intelligent companion.

Any experience you have, spiritual or not, happens through your body. It knows some ish.

🪄 Repetition gets my attention more than intensity.

Intensity is a signal, but repetition tells us there’s a pattern worth paying attention to.

🪄 Resistance doesn’t automatically mean wrong direction.

Sometimes it means, “not like this.”

🪄 What repeatedly captures your attention is worth getting curious about.

The most spiritual things are actually pretty boring… they repeat until you find the magic. 😉

🪄 A sign means very little outside the context of the person receiving it.

Sure, 11:11 might mean alignment, but the Universe knows you intimately. If numbers aren’t your thing, she’s probably sending signs that resonate with what makes you uniquely you.

🪄 Sometimes what looks like a nervous system problem is actually a relationship problem.

Sometimes the discomfort isn’t asking you to regulate it away. It’s showing you the exact place where you tend to leave the relationship with what matters.

🪄 Discernment matters more than certainty.

You don’t need to know exactly where something is leading you to recognize that it keeps asking for your attention.

🪄 And you probably need fewer signs than you think.

You might just need a deeper relationship with the ones already here.

That last one is a big part of what we’re exploring inside The Return this Wednesday, July 29.

Not how to find more signs.

How to recognize what keeps finding you, understand the patterns surrounding it, and discern what it might actually be asking of you.

If something in you keeps coming back to this conversation, The Return is for you.

What keeps finding its way back to you?

♾️The place.
♾️The idea.
♾️The dream.
♾️The conversation you keep having.
♾️The question you still haven’t answered.

Maybe you don’t know what to do with it yet.

Maybe you don’t need to.

Maybe the first step is simply becoming willing to stop dismissing what keeps returning — and getting curious about why it has your attention.

The Return is a private live experience happening this coming Wednesday, July 29th, where we’ll explore what keeps calling you back, the patterns and noise that can pull you away from it, and how to begin discerning what it’s actually asking of you.

You don’t need to arrive with the answer.

Just bring the thing you can’t seem to move on from.

The Return — Wednesday, July 29th.

Signs aren’t always telling you where to go.

Sometimes they’re reflecting who you’re becoming.

The meaning of a sign isn’t always found in the moment you receive it — sometimes it’s revealed through your willingness to stay in relationship with it long enough to understand the conversation.

07/24/2026

A sign isn’t an answer. It’s information.

We have a tendency to collapse signs immediately into the 3D.

🤔Does this mean I should move?
🤔Leave?
🤔Start the business?
🤔Reach out?
🤔Say yes?
🤔Say no?

But a sign may not be telling you what to do at all.

It may be showing you what has your attention.
What matters to you.
What keeps asking for your relationship.
What you’re being invited to look at more closely.

This is why seeing a sign repeatedly doesn’t automatically equal direction.

And why discernment matters.

Because the question isn’t only: What does this sign mean?

It’s also: What is this sign bringing me into relationship with?

Signs don’t necessarily give you the answer.

They give you information about the conversation you’re already in.

And learning how to recognize that conversation — without turning every repetition into an instruction — is part of what we’re exploring inside The Return, my free live experience next week.

If there’s something in your life that keeps returning and you’re ready to understand what it might be asking of you, this room is for you🤍
