I'm looking for five people who are tired of wondering why their pain keeps coming back and already for a different approach.

If you've been bouncing from appointment to appointment or going down the YouTube rabbit hole just to end up right back where you started.

This offer is for you.

I'm opening up 5 remote coaching spots for people who are tired of trial and error and ready to start making real progress

Together we'll:
Figure out why your pain keeps coming back
Identify what's keeping you stuck
Build a plan that actually fits your life
Adjust that plan as you improve so you can keep making progress
Give you the confidence to stop, guessing and start trusting your body again

You deserve more than another 15-minute appointment. You deserve a plan built for you.

If this sounds like you and you're ready for actual progress DM me "FIVE" and let's see if we're a good fit.

Training through pain doesn't need to be scary

You've just never been taught where to start.

One of the worst feelings is getting halfway through a training block and something tweaks. Our first reaction is often frustration followed by fear which leads us to one of two conclusions:

1. Ignore it and hope it goes away
2. Stop everything all together and hide until you think it's okay to come out.

Neither of these is ideal. Next time something happens, before you do something rash, ask yourself one simple question.

"What's the smallest thing I can do that will keep me moving forward"

If you can answer that you've done 75% of the hard work.

This often means simple adjustments like
- adjusting weight
- adjusting sets and reps
- prioritizing technique over intensity
- etc.

Majority of the time this will be enough to get you through a flare up and back on track. If not, it will give you enough information to know that it's time to ask for help.

If your in a pain flare-up and still aren't sure what to do, DM me PAIN and I'll help walk you through the next steps
