Labor asks so much of us. We must persevere with no end in sight. We journey into the familiar and unknown, the forgotten. All the questions are asked: How long? What’s next? And at the end we emerge victorious, prize in arms.

Cal’s journey Earthside was incredible - all hands on deck for this little guy and at the end of the day, mama did the work she was meant to do and brought him to her chest 🥹 I’m so proud of this repeat client turned friend!!

This mama came into care late and was specific in her needs from our team (love), she knit through each appointment (love), and her sarcasm is just the right flavor (love!) A match made in heaven!

Labor got serious in the middle of the night after rudely leaving for a bit. She joked through labor and always said exactly what she was thinking, often narrating what would come next. Enzo was born right into her hands!

The rest of the children were soon awake and needed to be included in all things Enzo - from his newborn exam to nursing to creating his placenta print! Many questions and hilarious observations!
