Berry Cucumber Refresher
Ingredients:
½ cup strawberries, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 cups cold filtered water
Ice
Directions:
Wash and slice the fruit, cucumber + lemon.
Add everything into a large glass, mason jar, or pitcher.

Cucumber slices
Lemon slices
Fill with 2 cups cold filtered water and add ice.
Lightly stir or gently press the fruit/cucumber with a spoon to release
A little flavor. (don’t mash it).
Let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Overnight works great too!
Note: You will want to let everything “infuse” into the water so the flavors mix together.
