Meet the Staff Monday! 👓💙
Rivers Martinez, Optometric Technician, and one of the newest members of our Eyecare Rockwall family!

Before joining our team, Rivers gained valuable patient-care experience as a medical assistant and birthing assistant, where she developed strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Her diverse healthcare background has given her a genuine passion for caring for others and helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard.

Rivers loves connecting with patients and strives to make every person she encounters feel supported throughout their visit. Her kindness, compassion, and positive energy make her a wonderful addition to our team!

Outside the office, Rivers continues her passion for health and wellness as a certified yoga instructor, mobility coach, and postpartum doula. She also enjoys staying active through MMA and loves exploring new coffee shops and restaurants.

Rivers is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in optometry, and we are so happy to have her growing alongside us at Eyecare Rockwall.

We feel incredibly blessed to have Rivers as part of our Eyecare Rockwall family and caring for our patients each day. 💙

Next time you’re in the office, be sure to say hello and help us give Rivers a warm welcome! 👋👓

Meet the Staff Monday!
AnnaLaurie Hibbs,
Reception/Patient Coordinator

With 5 years of experience as a receptionist, AnnaLaurie believes that a warm welcome and a little compassion can make all the difference in the Eyecare Rockwall patient experience. She brings kindness, patience, and a genuine desire in helping others to everything she does — both in her career and in life.

When she’s not making sure everyone feels right at home in our office, you’ll likely find her enjoying artistic pursuits. She enjoys watercolor painting, graphite drawing, resin crafting and fiber art. If it involves making something with her hands, she’s probably doing it!

Outside of her creative hobbies, AnnaLaurie enjoys taking peaceful nature walks — the best way to slow down, and appreciate the little things.

AnnaLaurie leads with compassion, creates with curiosity, and believes there’s always room for a little creativity (and kindness) in every day. We are so blessed that our patients are in her exceptional hands and AnnaLaurie is finally a part of our Eyecare Rockwall family of staff.
