For individuals who have completed substance use treatment, transitioned back into the community, want continued recovery support, and are committed to maintaining a healthy, sober lifestyle.

Recovery doesn't end when treatment ends. Join others committed to continued recovery, support, encouragement, and accountability.

When someone thinks about treatment for substance use, they may not consider the many forms it can take.

Depending on the person, treatment can include appointments with a counselor, behavioral therapy, medication, residential care or a combination of these services. Care Coordinators and support people can also help navigate options and keep people moving forward.

The perfect plan may look different for everyone, but taking the first step is something anyone can do.

Coming up next week on September 30! Come join us for a walk and a meal afterwards at the Veterans building in Rosebud. Our meal we planned this Wednesday is being moved to the 30th and combining it to one event.
