Did you know your body can’t open and close at the same time? 🧠✨

When we feel fear, our body goes into "Fight or Flight." Adrenaline spikes, and our muscles, including the ones in the uterus, tighten up. That’s the "Tension" you see in this balloon.

When your muscles are fighting against each other, it creates the "Pain" in the Fear-Tension-Pain cycle. 🛑
